Fiona. This patient came to our Lake Mary office on referral from well-respected Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Armando Soto. She was bothered by sagging neck, droopy cheeks, bump on the nasal profile and sun spots/ wrinkles. Dr. Gross recommended a 2 stage procedure with Neck lift & Mini lift, Rhinoplasty and Fat Grafting. Her second stage was Phenol Chemical peel to erase lines and wrinkles. After photo is shown 6 months after completing second stage. She is very happy and looks 10 years younger!
