Fibroblast Lift Therapy
If the natural aging process or too much time in the sun has taken a toll on your skin and facial contours, consider fibroblast lift therapy at Primera Med Spa. In the Orlando area, this minimally invasive treatment, often called fibroblast, is popular with women and men who want smoother, tighter, younger-looking skin that lasts for a year or longer.

Planning Your Fibroblast Treatment
Fibroblast is a natural skin rejuvenation treatment that is safe for the face, neck, and even delicate areas like the eyelids. It is performed with an FDA-cleared medical-grade plasma pen that creates pinpoint microinjuries in the skin with a high-frequency current. While the pen tip does not actually touch the skin, the current creates tiny shallow holes in the surface to stimulate fibroblasts and other regenerative processes in the skin.
We use fibroblast therapy to address a variety of concerns, including:
- Lines and wrinkles on the forehead, cheeks, neck, and décolletage
- Lax skin around the eyes, along the jawline, and on the neck
- Sagging brow line
- Vertical lip lines
- Acne scars
- Sun spots and age spots
- Seborrheic Keratosis
These treatments can be used as an alternative to JUVÉDERM® and other dermal fillers and BOTOX® Cosmetic injections or to complement the results of these injectables. Fibroblast therapy can also be a nonsurgical alternative to eyelid surgery for some patients.
What to Expect
Fibroblast lift therapy is a minimally invasive treatment that takes about 30 to 60 minutes to complete, depending on the size and number of treatment areas. A topical numbing cream is applied to the skin to minimize any discomfort and removed after about 30 minutes. Your provider performs the treatment by moving the fibroblast plasma pen tip along the skin without making contact. A tiny scab-like dot is created with each pulse of energy. Patients typically experience a mild heat sensation but not pain. Once the skin has been treated, it will be covered with rows of tiny dark dots where the current touched the skin.

Enjoying Your Results
After fibroblast therapy, expect mild swelling and redness in treated areas. The dark dots on the skin become tiny scabs and fall off after about a week. Most patients take about a week of downtime to allow the skin to heal. Results are noticeable immediately, continue to improve over the following 2 weeks, and last a year or longer. Many patients attain their desired firming, smoothing, and tightening after just 1 treatment; however, most require 3 treatments to achieve optimal results.
